To take full advantage of these exclusive customer discounts, please signup to our newsletter which will contain information on the promotions & discounts that are available. Some of the ways in which customer discounts are available are via: Reward Points -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Earning Points. We have assigned points to our products. The store automatically displays how many points each product will earn a customer, and shows a summary of total points for the order before and after the order is submitted. Customers can log into their account and view a summary of earned and used points at any given time. Redeeming Points. The customer can redeem the points at any time. For example, A 20% conversion rate would mean that customers can redeem 100 earned points by deducting £20 from their next purchase on the store. Please ask what the conversion rate is as the above is just an example Electronic Coupons -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We use electronic coupons in the following ways: Reward customers that spend more than £75 at Realtech Accessories store by granting them a 10% discount on the purchase. The discount code in this scenario could be advertised right on our store’s home page. Corporate Discount. Everyone that works at CompanyX gets 10% off. We email a discount certificate to the human resource department of that company and ask them to let all the employees know about it. In this example, the discount code would be printed on the email sent to the company. Repeat Customers. We add the discount code to the order confirmation e-mail that is automatically sent to you the customers after you have place an order, advertising that you will receive £10 off the next order from us by using the discount code. Preferred Customers. We have created a coupon that is only for selected customers, and then email them the discount code. Only those customers will be able to use the coupon by logging into their existing accounts. Free shipping on first order. We have offered new customers free shipping by setting up a One-Time only coupon that gives them free shipping on selected services. Big Discounts on Clearance Items. We have created coupons that gives a large discount on selected, clearance items, then e-mail it to our customers that have purchased those or similar products in the past. Gift Certificates -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Gift Certificates allows visitors to our online stores to purchase electronic gift certificates for family and friends. When a gift certificate is purchased, we generates a unique code that allows the recipient to receive an equivalent amount off of items purchased on the store. The recipient is automatically notified via e-mail if the buyer opts to do so. Partially redeemed Gift Certificates can be used again until fully redeemed.
