A truth that is becoming more self-evident in today's world for sales companies is that your employees are the most important asset your business has. This is especially true in business marketing, and sales force management. What if a valued employee left your business without warning? No one has his or her information (and if you didn't know, as much as 80% of your company knowledge is in the heads of your employees). What about tomorrow's sales presentation?
