All Dyson vacuum cleaners work on the HEPA filtration system. They do not leave behind dirt, pollen, ragweed, dust mites, and other similar objects lying on the vacuumed area. This makes these cleaners very thorough machines.

In the old days when vacuum cleaners were new, one problem was the cleaning of areas that were directly above or at least at some height from the ground. Thankfully, Dyson vacuums come with a 17 foot long expandable wand that helps you to reach almost any corner of the room along any surface.

Some new features that make the DC15 a marked improvement over previous models include a better brush roll, the bristles are stiffer and work better on carpets. Another improvement is that the DC15 is much quieter than the DC07 and DC14 models.
