Choose vegetables which are full of in antioxidants and vitamins to reduce your breast cancer risks.

Smoking is among one of the highest breast cancer risk factors. If you are a smoker, stopping smoking can drastically reduce your risks for all cancers, particularly breast cancer.

Make sure that you perform consistent monthly breast exams to check for irregularities in between your annual clinical visits.
